Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with Focus Command Pro, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase or renewal.

How To Request A Refund

Use the support contact listed on the Focus Command Chrome Web Store listing or on your Stripe receipt with the email address used for purchase and a short note that you want a refund.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewals. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund previous payments unless the request is inside the refund window.

Abuse

We may decline refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or connected to repeated purchase-and-refund behavior.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment method and bank.
